Short Description: A refreshing smooth London Dry gin with a clean flavour led by Juniper. The smoothness flows from our unique copper pot still, together with the balance of our botanicals and our distillers craft.

Perfect Serve G&T: Six O’clock Gin, Chilled Six O’clock Tonic, Plenty of  ice, Slice of lemon peel

Our preference for the perfect serve is to have a gin to tonic ratio of 2 or 3 parts tonic to 1 part gin.

Fill a large balloon glass with ice straight from the freezer and pour over the gin, then add Six

O’clock Tonic. Our tonic is perfectly engineered for our Gin and has lemon and lime extract within.

A fresh slice of lemon peel with further enhance the citrus flavour.

For an extra special twist add a spritz of elderflower liqueur over the top of your Gin and Tonic just

before serving to elevate the elderflower floral notes of 6 O’clock Gin.

Mouthfeel: Amazingly powerful in the mouth with great depth of flavour, beautifully balanced.

Nose: Fresh juniper, coriander and a full floral backing.

Taste: Super smooth and soothing. Beautifully balanced.

Finish: Long and full flavoured finish where the floral notes are strongly evident.
