Our recipe is inspired by Edinburgh’s gin-making heritage and surrounding landscapes. Each bottle is distilled below stairs at the eponymous Edinburgh Gin Distillery.

Smaak:
Nose: Fresh and deep with hints of coriander, ginger and lemon.
Taste: Clean, fresh and spicy on the nose. Rounded juniper, pine, heather, soft spice and laid-back citrus on the palate.
Finish: Spicy and light floral aftertaste with pepper, pine and almond.
